Privacy notice
This notice says what personal data GuestBloggingSpace holds, why we hold it and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Who is responsible
GuestBloggingSpace is the operator of this site and the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
If you resell links, the data about your clients is yours. We do not need your clients' names to run an order, and we suggest you leave them out of briefs.
What we hold and why
| Data | Why we hold it | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Email and login details | To run your account and send account messages | While the account is open |
| Orders, briefs and target URLs | To deliver and show placements | As long as the placement exists, then for records |
| Balance, invoices and proforma invoices | To handle payments and tax records | As required by accounting rules |
| Server logs (IP address, browser, time) | Security, abuse prevention and fixing faults | A limited period set by our log rotation |
| Publisher details and payout data | To pay weekly payouts to site owners | While the publisher account is active, plus legal minimums |
Sharing and cookies
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and payment handling, and with authorities when the law requires.
We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember basic settings. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
A placement you order is public by design. The live page and its link are visible to anyone, so do not put private information in a brief or an article.
If a card or other payment is handled by a processor, their own policy applies to that part of the data. We receive confirmation of payment and not your full card details.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account, except where the law makes us keep records.
- Object to a use of your data, or ask us to limit it.
- Complain to your local data protection authority if you are not satisfied.
- Withdraw consent where we relied on it, with effect from that moment.
Changes and contact
We change this notice when our practice changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
